Yes – Visscher Construction is a Licensed Builder within the State of Michigan and carries both Liability and Workman’s Comp. Insurance Policies. In addition, we ensure that any subcontractor that we bring on is also insured.
CAN YOU HANDLE INSURANCE CLAIM JOBS?
Yes – In fact, insurance work is one of our specialties! We will work directly with your insurance agent or adjuster, complete the necessary paperwork for approval, and repair the damage to your structure. Service is our goal – relieving you from undue stress and giving you peace of mind.
HOW MUCH WILL MY PROJECT COST?
We offer a free consultation with every project. One of our professionals will come to your job site, speak with you on a list of needs/wants, and submit a line item estimate accounting for every aspect of your project. We pride ourselves with meeting your project needs, within the allotted budget.
WILL YOU OBTAIN PERMITS AND HANDLE ANY INSPECTIONS?
Yes – Once the contract is signed and the initial deposit is received, our team will obtain all of the permits necessary for your job as well as work with all inspectors, giving you a turn-key project.
HOW DO YOU MANAGE SCHEDULING?
The key to any successful project is scheduling. At Visscher Construction, we utilize state-of-the-art construction software to schedule each phase of your project. Within this system you have access to a daily log, progress photos, comments, and an area to ask critical questions.
WHO DO I NEED TO CONTACT?
Our office is available 8 AM – 4 PM Monday through Friday, and can help with any general questions. For active projects, our customers will generally work directly with their project manager which helps to streamline communication during the project.
