What Types of Construction Does Visscher Handle?
Visscher Construction & Restoration provides complete residential and commercial services, including custom homes, additions, remodels, restorations, and exterior upgrades. We also handle commercial projects such as office interiors and new building construction.
Is Visscher Licensed & Insured?
Yes – Visscher Construction is a Licensed Builder within the State of Michigan and carries both Liability and Workman’s Comp. Insurance Policies. In addition, we ensure that any subcontractor that we bring on is also insured.
Can Visscher Handle Insurance Claim Jobs?
Yes – In fact, insurance work is one of our specialties! We will work directly with your insurance agent or adjuster, complete the necessary paperwork for approval, and repair the damage to your structure. Service is our goal – relieving you from undue stress and giving you peace of mind.
How Much Will My Project Cost?
We offer a free consultation with every project. One of our professionals will come to your job site, speak with you on a list of needs/wants, and submit a line item estimate accounting for every aspect of your project. We pride ourselves with meeting your project needs, within the allotted budget.

Will You Obtain Permits And Handle Any Inspections?
Yes – Once the contract is signed and the initial deposit is received, our team will obtain all of the permits necessary for your job as well as work with all inspectors, giving you a turn-key project.
How Do You Manage Scheduling?
The key to any successful project is scheduling. At Visscher Construction, we utilize state-of-the-art construction software to schedule each phase of your project. Within this system you have access to a daily log, progress photos, comments, and an area to ask critical questions.
Does Visscher Offer Estimates?
Yes, we provide consultations and estimates for all projects. Our team will discuss your goals, budget, and timeline to create a clear plan for your project.

How will I receive updates on my project?
Your project communication is designed for maximum transparency and flexibility. We use a dedicated project management software, which means you have the option to receive a client login for 24/7, real-time access to your job’s schedule, daily logs, progress photos, and financial documents. Regardless of whether you use this online portal, your dedicated Project Manager (PM) will proactively reach out with a weekly status update, ensuring you always have a clear understanding of your project.
