What Our Team Accomplished
In Spring 2024, a fire broke out in a family’s home. Visscher Construction & Restoration guided them through the restoration process and rebuilt their home into a safer and more updated space.
This project involved restoring the upstairs of the home. Our team removed the damaged materials, secured the structure, and carried out construction to bring the house to an even better state than it was in before.
Before
The fire damaged most of the interior and many belongings were destroyed. Smoke and soot affected every room, and water from suppression efforts added further damage. We set up specialized equipment to remove the odors and to dry out the building.
Once the home was cleaned, dried, and prepped, we rebuilt each space with quality materials and thoughtful updates.
After
The rebuilding efforts involved electrical work, plumbing, drywall, interior design, new siding, and roofing. The homeowners used this restoration process to improve certain areas of the house, including the bathrooms and other finishes.
With Visscher Construction & Restoration as their project manager, the family was back in their home in a timely manner.
