Moving Into Our New Office Space
The team transformed our new James Street building into a modern headquarters that reflects our growth, values, and craftsmanship. The new office serves as both a comfortable environment and a showcase of Visscher’s construction capabilities.
Working in an ideal environment is key to producing great work. Our team approached the remodel with the same care and precision we bring to every client project, making sure very detail reflects our value.
Before the Remodel
When Visscher Construction & Restoration purchased the building that would become our office, it had been left vacant and in disrepair. We redesigned the space to suit our current needs and accommodate our future growth.
This renovation also included the creation of four second-floor apartments, offering modern living in the heart of downtown with views of the Ludington area.
Our Finished Office
Our redesigned office now features two conference rooms, a showroom, and even a rock-climbing wall. The exterior now stands out downtown with new metal siding, windows, and custom signage. Since 2017, we have served the Ludington area, and we’re proud to have an office that matches our craftsmanship.
