Nestled in the heart of Mason County, we champion a positive workplace. This May, we’re thrilled to spotlight JB for embodying our core value of “Mary” – inviting, welcoming, caring, and friendly. The “Mary” award is named after Sarah’s mom, a true beacon of encouragement, kindness, and care, consistently demonstrating these virtues in everything she does.
During our weekly meeting in Ludington, Sam had the honor of presenting the monthly award to JB, recognizing his outstanding character and dedication. This recognition highlights the importance of camaraderie and a supportive environment within our company. JB’s approach not only enhances our workplace but also positively impacts our projects across neighboring areas, including Pentwater and Bass Lake.
