This job definitely put our crews to the test. In the middle of the night, a sprinkler line blew and caused the water to flow through 4 units plus their garages. We were on site immediately and working with cleanup crews, to get everything demoed, cleaned, and dried out as quickly as possible. We then worked with the association, the individual owners, and the insurance company to put the units back together. Some units were almost entirely demolished so they could be rebuilt, and some had less, but there was still significant damage that the Visscher Construction Team were able to handle.
