This is one of our favorite projects! We used a pine tongue and groove board to go over and old outdated ceiling. This helped cover up cracking and gave the basement of this cottage a warm glow. We also wrapped all the beams and pillars in cedar. This is a great way to give your living space a new look, without the cost and mess of demolishing the existing.
